Surah Al-Falagh

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ (0)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

﴿الفلق ، 0﴾

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ (1)

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn

﴿الفلق ، 1﴾

مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ (2)

From the mischief of created things;

﴿الفلق ، 2﴾

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ (3)

From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads;

﴿الفلق ، 3﴾

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ (4)

From the mischief of those who practise secret arts;

﴿الفلق ، 4﴾

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ (5)

And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy.

﴿الفلق ، 5﴾
